Naturale is a cosy fast casual restaurant in Rome. What sets it apart is the offering of healthy and genuine food, with a particular focus on respecting raw materials and protecting the environment.
After several years in the industry, the owners, on the occasion of the opening of the second store, felt the need for a rebranding. They asked us to create a friendly and inclusive brand capable of engaging in dialogue with customers and highlighting all the unique aspects of Naturale. We approached this project by developing a new voice and vision for Naturale, in order to make it stand out in the crowded market of bistros offering healthy food.
Every element of the visual identity was designed to create a direct dialogue with customers. From this perspective, it was essential to find a solution to make in-store communication easily manageable. To achieve this, a series of display boards were created to be placed on shelves throughout the venue.
Language
The name “Naturale,” rich in meanings in Italian, allowed us to create a strong verbal identity that speaks to customers in a friendly way and differentiates Naturale from its competitors.
Result
The single brushstrokes or those used to create uneven fills, along with the immediate style of the illustrations, represent the core idea behind Naturale: genuine, minimally processed food, aimed at preserving all the nutritional values.
